Utilising SIXPAD's patented CMM Pulse Technology, the device uses body toning EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) to contract and relax dormant muscles. The result? A significantly more toned silhouette without overtraining in the gym.

SIXPAD's patented CMM Pulse Technology works to tone and sculpt your body, without heavy training in the gym. The device delivers 20hz frequency to muscle fibres, the optimal frequency to yield maximum results.

How exactly does it work?

The app is available for download in China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, South Korea, Spain and the United Kingdom.

works great

I have two of these they are great for the tops of your legs and hips, after an inactive spell through illness I have used them to help strengthen my legs , I have also used it on my upper arms but they are a bit to powerful for there so use for short spells, they have done a good job building up my leg muscles, you can also use them on your waist, but I do have a Slendertone for that area
